OUR STORY
Coming from a poultry background, I am the fifth generation of poultry producers in the family. Whilst still at School, As a very passionate ‘Foodie’ I decided to make it my mission to focus on producing the most outstanding traditional Bronze turkeys in Northern Ireland exclusively for the Christmas market. I began growing and producing turkeys at the age of 14 realising that only the most carefully selected heritage breeds, combined with age-old farming practices passed down through generations would marry together to give the most tender, delicious Christmas turkey.

OUR TURKEYS
Naturally Fed Diet
Our Irish turkeys are hatched in natural season in June, therefore are traditionally slow grown, Their diet is enriched with natural oats, which develops a beautiful finish and provides an even fuller flavour.
Slow Grown to Full Maturity
As our free range Bronze turkeys are fully mature this results in the meat being well marbled and it contains more fat deposits under the skin. Maturity has the single biggest impact on flavour, Our birds are more than twice as old as standard supermarket turkeys and this results in birds that are a pleasure to cook and a joy to eat.
