OUR STORY
Coming from a poultry background, I am the fifth generation of poultry producers in the family. Whilst still at School,
as a very passionate ‘Foodie’ I decided to make it my mission to focus on producing the most outstanding
traditional Bronze turkeys in Northern Ireland exclusively for the Christmas market.
